Shopping Guide
The Shopping Cart is your online purchasing tool. When viewing the products you may click on the button that states "Add to Order", each time you choose an item you will see your order sheet building, you can change quantities or delete them from the order at any time.
Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your Shopping Cart, and are ready to make your purchase click "Checkout" at the submenu area on the left side of the screen. Look over the items and review any special information that may appear. If you make any changes to this page, click "Update Order" to activate your changes. When you are ready to proceed with your order, click "Proceed to Checkout".
All orders placed on line will be emailed directly to our customer service department where it will be placed for shipping, at this point you will be contacted if any item is not available for One Stop to ship. To check on order status, please contact customer service by phone or e-mail. A customer service representative will be happy to check the status of an order for you. When you place an order, a customer service representative places your order internally to insure your order is handled correctly. If we do not have the stock of a product you are ordering, a customer service representative will call you.
NOTE: At this point you will be presented with our secure server. Once you click "Continue", all information will be encrypted for your safety.

Now that you are on the secure server, you will see our Logon page. If you are a returning visitor who has previously registered with us, enter your User ID and password and click "Logon".
If you are new to us, we need you to register. Registration provides us with the basic information needed to complete an order. We request your User ID, primary email address and a password of your choice. By registering, anytime you return to TUROVART.com and enter your User ID and password, necessary ordering information will automatically prefill on the appropriate pages. This information is strictly confidential. Whenever you access your account, you will be given the opportunity to change any information previously supplied.
Click on the NEW DEALER registration link on our site and it will take you to the New Dealer registration page. Read the registration material carefully and complete the registration form. Once you have read this information, if you have the authority to act as your company's access administrator then hit the "Submit" button. Complete the registration form and we issue you a User ID and Password to view all areas of our web site.
Once you register on our Web Site, it will take up to 48 hours to establish your account and email you your password information.

Please fill in all of the requested information. Email, fax or phone is required to complete a purchase. If your shipping and billing address are the same, leave the shipping information blank and check the box that reads "shipping address is the same as billing address".
If you are having your purchase shipped to a different address, fill in the shipping information accordingly. We can accommodate only one shipping address per order at this time. So, if you would like to have three items shipped to three separate addresses, you should complete three separate transactions.
If you forget your Username or password please contact us by phone or email and will reissue it to you.

The General Search allows you to search by product category, color and other attributes.
Security begins with the user. DO NOT share your Username or Password with anyone. Only authorized employees should use the registration links. Sharing your access with anyone other than your employees may compromise your private account information. Security is our highest priority. Turov Art Ceramics is using several sophisticated measures to maintain security. These measures will allow us to track misuse of the Web Site. Misuse of the Web Site will not be tolerated.

After entering your billing and shipping information, you will be asked for your payment preference. You may pay for your purchase using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.
Here, you will see a summary of your order. Please look it over carefully. It shows you the total of your order, excluding shipping charges and appropriate sales tax. You can still make changes to this page by clicking "Change". Once you are ready to submit your order click "Complete This Order".
This page shows your order number, artwork information, billing and shipping addresses and billing information. You may want to print this page for your records. If you are paying by check or money order, please print the Receipt page and send it with your payment to:
