Drop Shipment Fee
We will gladly drop ship any items for an additional fee of $5.00 per shipment

Late Payment Penalty
Late payments will be assessed a 5% penalty at the close of the business day that the payment is due, and an additional 5% for each 30 days following. If timely payment becomes a regular issue you will be placed on a prepay only status.

Shipping Time
Please allow approximately 3 weeks from the time of order for items to be shipped. This does not include actual shipping time. We will gladly ship sooner if the items ordered are in stock. Let us know if you would like to have any backorders held until your next order or canceled.

Inscription Fee
Would you like to have an item personalized for a gift? Let us know what you would like inscribed on your item and we will add the inscription for a nominal fee of $5.00-$10.00 depending on length and detail.

Exclusivity
Many of our customers request the exclusivity of sales of our product in their towns, or cities. We will extend the rights of exclusivity only to those customers that consistently meet and maintain a certain level of yearly sales.

Specialty Paint Orders
We also receive many requests for specialized painting on our pieces. We will be charging an additional 5%-10% on each piece that is altered from the original design pictured in our catalog. We will also like to remind our customers these pieces under no circumstances be returned to Turov Art.

First Time Order Prepay
We request that all first time orders be purchased on prepay or COD terms only. Following your first order we will request a check of credit references to place you on net 30 terms. We encourage first time buyers to call our offices for help in selecting the best possible pieces for successful sales.

Pricing and Sales
Our company's policy is that Turov Art Ceramic's products must not be advertised at discount or sale prices. This includes any use of signage or advertising. Although the price at which our customers sell our ceramics is certainly at your discretion, we encourage our customers to mark up the wholesale price by at least 2.2% or more. We would like to remind our customers that Turov art ceramics under no circumstances are to be sold at sidewalk sales, open air, or flea markets. On line sales will be allowed at the discretion of Turov art.
